    譚敦慈受訪時表示,端午節吃粽應適量享用,最好不要超過1個小飯碗的大小,且因粽子有豐富碳水化合物、蛋白質,就是沒有蔬菜,最好1小碗粽搭配1碗蔬菜,就是完整的營養。
